Hi, I’m Sarah. I’ve spent 15 years recruiting delivery professionals across the UK’s agency, consultancy and tech sectors.

Recruitment doesn’t always have the best reputation, so I chose to do things differently and focused on building real relationships to become a trusted part of my candidates and clients careers.

I’ve been in this industry since finishing University, and it’s all I’ve ever known. When the opportunity came to build a community from my network and support our industry through a challenging time, I took it.

Now, through SB Collective, I help project managers at scale, supporting careers, building strong teams, and bringing people together.

I’m still a recruiter, but also a community leader and that’s something I’m really proud of.
